If you're having problems with your PC and you need an answer, mail us. We will endevour to advice and give you technical support where possible. In the future we plan to hoste a forum where you can also discuse your problems with us and other users. |

Are you unsure which software to use or are having difficulty with installation? We can advice on the best programs to suit your needs and help you install any software you require including Internet access, broadband and e-mail addresses. PC Upgrades
We offer an upgrade service for customers who do not require a new system. This service covers all hardware
(eg CPU, sound, graphics, memory) and software (drivers, etc). Maybe you have bought a digital camera and need more space to store photographs or video, then a larger hard drive is just what you need. If music or gaming is your interest then a sound or graphics card would be ideal. Contact us were here to help. |

PC Repairs
Most hardware/software problems are usually be fixed within the hour.
If its is not possible and we have to take the computer back to our premises for repair you will find our
rates are very reasonable. There will still be a charge £25 if we find the problem and you decide to repair/upgrade yourself. There will be no charge in the unlikely event that we cannot rectify the fault. |
